Unhappy I put a clutch into my car.... no go....

Well, me and a friend went to work on my Blue 84 yesterday....

We dropped the tranny and swapped clutches....

Put it all back together this morning, and put in new needle and seats in the carb....

Bled the clutch, ect.... clutch is REALLY strong... but is always on... never disengages.... Since this is an older 12a with an older flywheel, I think I stuck in the 83-88 pressure plate which caused it to trip out or something.... gonna drop it the tranny and put in a different one I guess..... Does anyone know if I can just adjust something? cause im all out of Idea's!

Thanks, Laterz, Andrew

EDIT: I did drive it by getting push started by my brother and keeping steady speed till it warmed up enough to actually drive it.... It runs GREAT and drives GOOD... but to shift gears you have to match speed, to rpm for everygear... and you cant get moving again if you stop..... so i dunno what ima do.... this really sucks.. I dont want to drop the tranny again... so any ideas appriciated......
