Thumbs up I proved my dad my engine would fit! (PICS)

Ok so my father and I were arguing about fitting the S4 engine would fit in his conversion van. He says no way, I proved him wrong.

I pulled this from the back of his van :

Then my junk engine:

Proof it fits:

Oh and everyone tell me how you like my interior:

PS: Just to be clear, the cooler was to show the engine is small enough to fit in his van, this impressed him. I'm just going to put in in the back, on a tarp.

Gotta love the lil' rotary.
Sh*t I used to tote spare 12As and 13Bs home from the boneyards in my front passenger seat.I can pull them out of the engine bay with my bare hands provided the exhaust/turbo manifold is off...

if you took it apart and stacked the housings in one of those massive suitcases that woman use to travel you could in essence take your whole engine on vacation with you...lol

I bought a 13b in Oki about 10 years ago, dissasembled it and carried it to mainland as a mix of carry on and checked luggage.

Well the engine was carbon locked BAD when I got it. I broke it free on accident, and tried to get it started, but theres 2 compressions in the front, and one in the back, so it wont start.

Once I was at MazdaTrix, I saw a porsche 911 there, asked the owner, " what the hell is that 911 doing here?" He said the 911 was retrofitted with a 13b, and it runs better that way. I wonder if he was pulling my leg??

Bro460 - There is an entire subform for Other Engine Conversions. Since you obviously can't seem to find your way there, here's the link:
https://www.rx7club.com/other-engine-conversions-non-v-8-118/

Don't come into the other forums to start ****. This is primarily a rotary-owners forum, and piston talk is generally not permitted outside the Other Engine Conversions forum, especially when you are just trying to start fights with it. Consider this your warning.

Everybody Else: Please, when people post **** like this, PM me or report the post. Then IGNORE IT. For the time being I'm on dial-up, and though it will change soon, it makes it much harder and longer to moderate when I have to delete two dozen flame posts as well. Nobody reported this post either. There's a report button guys, and it would help me a hell of a lot if it was used a bit more often.

Before anyone yells bloody murder, it IS my responsibility to stay on top of things, but appreciate the fact that on 56k it takes FOREVER to load all the threads to check them for **** like this. Deletions take even more time.

Report posts, PM Carl or myself, and keep your noses clean everybody.

I'm closing the thread. Anex, good job on proving the dad wrong. I brought my spare 12a home from Toronto (5hrs drive) in the trunk of a '99 Sunfire.
