Its a 85 RX-7 12 A GS with a pluged up cat and no air pump.
I was thinking of making a compleat exaust system just strait pipe with a magmaflow muffler to have some back presure and to brake up some sound
do you think that wiykd be ok? keep in mid that its for braket rasing most of the time

 

If you drive your car on the street, that setup will be too loud. I recently had a DB check done and with a RB header 2 presilencers and a Magnaflow, my exhaust was 87 DB at 3000 rpm, just over the local legal limit of 86.

Needless to say, before I got the second presilencer, my system was too loud.

 

what can i do to make it not as loud i hard that if you take a mufler that is bult in a V shape you can turn the mufler the other way the sound WAS REALY QUIET??

 

I have headers, and strait pipe all the way back to my rice muffler(see avatar). Its not to loud. I drive it on the street all the time. The magnaflow might not quiet as much though.
