The engine is in pieces, it was rebuilt recently, after i took it apart i noticed all the seals were practically brand new, but whoever rebuilt it got lazy and did not put two corner seals in it. I need to buy a few water seals because i broke a few taking the engine apart, maybe with the extra money i get i will put the engine back together and sell it for around $600 or if you'd like you can pick up the entire engine in pieces for $300 and do whatever porting you'd like. It does need two corner seal plugs and a few water seals. shouldn't cost you more than $50 to order those from racing beat and have them shipped.

how's it going ?

I am looking for mostly cooling system and engine parts for my 13b.

you have the water oilcooler, yes?
the radiator ?

would you want to sell pieces of the engine ?
I could use the oilpan, have a baffel plate ?
the distributer & coils + wiring ?

I may often be found evenings at the pizza hut @ 3rd and voorhees, look for a white fiero with "ME" on the windshield.

Hey, sorry i'm not parting the car out anymore, i've seen your car though, i was parked infront of it one night while i was eating there.

By the way there was an FC at the junkyard in West Terre Haute not too long ago, might want to take a look there, it was the entire car with an engine that looked like it just came from the factory.

dang, drat, and rats

do you still have it apart ?

I've not seen an rotary apart yet, and I would like to, to help me in my visualisation of the relationship of the parts I have only seen pictures of so far.

in particular I am interested in how that oil/watercooler hooks into the oil and water systems, and the freeze plugs in the back of the engine normally hidden by the flywheel.

not a -7 but it gets me around

heh, the ONE junkyard in TH I havn't hit in the last couple weeks. I was even at 'the recycling facility formerly known as sussmans' last week getting some excellent stainless steel tubing for my 13b exaust system. it looked like rain so I passed on the junkyard

I shall correct that omission, thanks

{I am TOTALLY new @ RX7s, what is a FC ? }

FC is the second generation '86-'91. You've probably seen my car buzzing around town.

It's photoshopped, but that's how it looked for a few months before i parked it. I do have the engine apart though.

What's up with the ME thing? I was at Pizza Hut with a friend and we kept staring at your windshield thinking "what the ****?"

originally, my mommy mentioned that she wished there was a way for her to tell it was ME driving towards her so she could wave.

hence "ME" on the windshield.

I rather like it's variation on the theme of standard 'steal me' stickers, alpine, rockford fosgate... etc. as in NOT "steal me", just me.

it is a Mid Engine car, so it works that way too.

all in all, it is fun, I enjoy seeing people seeing it and smiling at me.

I occasionally get a gas station cashier, "pump 13 ?" "yep, {pointing} that's me "

also, you have seen those "fear me" stickers ?
you now know who they are talking about

Whoops. Yeah I saw that post but figured I'd give it a try anyway. Didn't look at the date. My bad, as they say.

I figured that since it had been less than a month since this post that the odds were decent that there might be some ongoing action.
