I just broke my GSL SE

Okay so I have a 85 gsl se. I was leaving work today and I roasted them in reverse on accident and then it died. Now it starts revs a little and dies. If I give it gas it dies instantly. If anyone could help out with a quick response that would be great because Im stuck at work. Thanks a bunch guys

It's possible that you have flooded it. You can either remove the engine fuse in the fuse box or just pull the plug off of the trailing ignitor as to disable the fuel.

Then crank it and hope that it's enought to deflood it.

Check any vacuum leaks....pull the plugs if you can and crank to see if its flooded.

It is easier to flood with stock ignition.

Check to see if you loosened anything while assclowning.

Check the AFM plug.

you may have to disconnect the the plug to the fuel pump crank the car until the extra fuel is spent out keep cranking until it sounds like it is goig to start and plug the pump back in you may have to do this several times . it could be the ecu is sending the wrong amount to the engine. so this may work. good luck

I fixed it guys. I just overlooked it in my frustration. The tube going to the air filter was partway disconnected. Thanks for all the help.

next time dont burn em in reverse, the sudden shock is violent enough to break something (broke my whole rear end), and it just hurts the body... and the wallet
