I HAVE to warm up the car :(
When ever i start the car after a while like overnight or after work, my car doesnt turn over when i just turn the key. i HAVE to turn the key while pumping gas in, AND i cant just have it idle once on, i HAVE to rev it to 2500 rpm and warm it up, anything below 2000 rpm at start will stall the car. i HAVE to let it down easy until idle at 250 rpm then its totaly fine. total time bout 5 min, not bad but rather not have to.
whats wrong?
when i got the car i didnt have to do this, it just kinda started doing this 2 weeks ago.
everything is stock besides the new oil (gastrol 20w-50), all basic filters, and spark plugs i just put in.

welcome to the world of owning a car with a carburetor.... its rare that i can get in a 7 and crank the engine and the car will start and idle rock solid at 750rpm and not have to pump the gas to get the engine started or have to hold the engine at 1500 or 2000rpm for a few seconds before it will idle.
250 is cranking RPM. Something ain't quite right. Try adjusting the throttle stop up to at least 700. You might try 850 or anywhere around 1000 and see whether it will idle sooner for you. I bet it will.

My car's owner's manual (It's a '79) said that the Idle should be at 750rpm. Not sure if the S2s and S3s are different... Mine's startup procedure says to hold it at full choke (4000 rpm) for about 15 seconds. Then, drop it to 2000 rpm for about 2 min, then push the choke in all the way.
