I have trouble with front cover..

I can't get the damn pulley off my engine. It felt like I was about to break my 1/2'' drive breaker bar, which is about 2' long. I guess if I HAVE to I can somehow take it to work, being as we have every tool and impact tool for this crazy stuff. I'll likely end up taking my engine down there to get the flywheel off too.. cause they say OH! thats no problem, we have blah blah torqued to 1200 lbs.. So its on heh. But is that pully suposed to be that damn hard??

I think the pulley is supposed to be harder than the flywheel nut. something about it having more surface area than the nut. I broke a breaker bar trying to get that bolt out. Finally just borrowed a friends compressor and zip off it came.

slide a breaker bar on a piece of pipe and wedge it on the frame. crank the engine and the nut should break loose.
