Hows your ignition system? Heat raises resistance and can cause a marginal ign sys to be weak. Also, have you changed your fuel filter lately?

On the carb itself, when its warm, before you try to start it, look and see where the float level is, you may be boiling out the fuel when its sitting after you shut it off.

Theres windows on front and back sides (yours may be covered in years of crud). Look in the manual, youll see pics of them. The proper level is midway in the window with the car level.
