i got ripped off by GEN1MIKE

FYI I allready posted this in the seller feed back forum.

I bought a complete GSL-SE suspension conversion from him. he said it would include every thing right down to the parking brake cable and master cylinder. He said it was in great condition with 60,000 miles on it

I got the package today, and all that was in there was a WET, RUUSTED, AND BENT, rear end. The thing wasnt even complete. There was one rusty rotor on it, no calipers, no front spindles, no master cylinder, no parking brake cable and other horrible things.

Worse even yet, he said he would send it on monday, and it would take 8 days to come via fedex freight. 8 days roll by, and still no package. Then he tells me he ment he was going to send it the next monday.

After chasing him for a tracking number, i finally got one, and it was probably right after he FINALLY sent it.

Now I'm stuck with a bent, rusty, GSL-SE rear end. And I'm out $500!!! I dont know what the best couse of action is, but I will probably be calling the police and a lawyer.

Ripping off a 17year old kid with a minumum wage job is just sad. DONT BUY FROM GEN1MIKE!!!

His e-mail is hoyadmf@aol.com

I sure hope you have spoken to him about this problem before posting this.

I'm closing this as it doesn't look like you've even tried talking with the seller about it yet. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, and while I feel it is important to share buying experiences, both good and bad, we don't want to prematurely judge someone before he or she has a chance to make things right. I would suggest that you start by talking with him and explaining the problem before persuing other courses of action.
