Wow... your pics of it make it look MUCH better than it did in the auction.

Congrats on the good catch.

But hey, thats a good idea. Both stock 12-A and NoLuck's SE as well. Sterling Carb VS IDA VS FI. I will follow you guys with a video cam in my roll bars. then I will eat you guys alive.
Cmon man, don't ya let me down. I have the engine in the warehouse of my office. Yesterday I removed AC compressor. exhaust manifold and started on rat's nest. I'll have it ready by Thursday, then can drop it off at your place Thursday night. Let me know if that works for you.

NoLuck would beat a stock 12A.

j/k man. If there is one, you're invited as long as uncle Wacko doesn't have a problem. Bring your own wrench though.

no need. Clean it after I install it. But if you must, be sure to put duct tape on the intake and exhaust ports. You dont want those junks to get there.

Dude! Even the rat's nest tubing is still shiney!

That thing should clean up nice..

I might have asked, but what do you need to do to make an Auto 12a fit into a standard?

Jon

Edit: Rat's nest off, but Air Pump still on

DoubleEdit: Okay, you removed it in the picture of all the "misc parts" I was thinking you were aiming for "The solution to pollution is dilution" and plumbing it straight in like mine is

Ian's got the Sterling Carb?

Who's racing against the Weber with a Sterling?

it will be my bro's SA. He blew his streetport - now running a stock 12-A with IDA. I will be installing CDRAD's engine tomorrow. So maybe Sunday run or sometime next week. I will try to video tape it.

I'm missing something...(besides my left temporal lobe, I mean)
:scratchhead: Who's running Cdrads Sterling Carb? What engine?
Do I get a say in jetting it before the drag? (-I mean if it's not Carlos...He don't listen to me nohow anyway!)

I'm running my sterling carb, in the stock engine you see in the pics. The current jetting in my carb is your recommendation.

So going from a streetport to a stock engine, should I make jetting changes?
