Talking I found it... the part that eluded me

The part I needed was the temperature / vent levers and cables assembly WITH the combination pushbotton ( for A/C ) and rotary ( for fan speed ) switch. I got a brand damn new one for 26.00 shipped. I lost the bidding for one at the last second on Ebay, then emailed the seller to see if they had any more. They had one. I got it direct from them.

Some of you might know where they have a pile of them, but I sure as hell couldn't find a new one until now.

I have one taking up space... Unfortunately for you, it's for a 1984/85 model car... The fan switch is seperate.

I wish I had the 84/85 center section, but I'm not about to replace it all again.

I'm reminded of the star bellied sneeches.

I have an '85 that I am converting to an '83 dash.
