New Mini is not so Mini at all, and uses some BMW stuff. Overhere in Belgium there's racecar Mini. It's actually a tubeframed car using Mini body and M3 engine.
The new Mini is rather large, so don't know if the gearbox would fit.

There hasn't been a concept car, hybrid car, or electric motor car that didn't look like a terd that was squeezed out of a square *******. Because streamlined cars like the Honda Insight and GM Impact rotted in showrooms, whereas soccermoms seem to love the brute-ute styling
