okay...turned her on...
the RPM's are way high...like 3k-4k...i'm sure i have to adjust the TPS or maybe even switch it out with the one i know is working...but i did notice a WAY SMOOTHER engine...my old one stumbled ever so slightly even during warm up and now its gone...maybe it was the high rpm maybe not...we'll see once i get her tuned to spec
second thing...COOLANT LEAK...the water thermo valve that came with the TB was broken so i took mine out and put it in that one...but i think in the process i broke the seal that went with it...anyone know where i can get another? or what i can use to replace the seal? for now its shut off until i get the leak fixed...
i also noticed the linkages are not exactly put back in its correct spot...maybe adding to the high rpm issue...i noticed when i tried to reconnect the power steering cable on and it didn't reach...i went back and looked at my old linkages and sure enough there are small differences...i'll study it more...
for those that don't know what the water thermo valve looks like here's a pic plus a diagram of the vacuum hose break down showing the water thermo valve and where it goes...

Thanks gsl-se, the shafts have been halved and thinned, low profile fasteners hold the throttle plates on. Also some work on the internal bores of the TB was done to promote smooth airflow should yield some gains.
