When I got my rx7 it’s soul had long been dead. I could either have the car for free and reincarnate it into something usable, or let it become crushed and turned to nails. I did take all the drive train parts and GIVE them to another rotary person (Mike P) so they might get some use.

OH god , jesus christ , here we go again...

Let me break this down for you so its nice and simple...

I spent close to about 10,000 on this car I have and thats NOT including the body kit, wheels , tires or the paint (which would have to be done regardless if it had a v8, 4 cyl etc)

Randy spent what maybe a $1000 at most, and hes got that kinda HP. Most of you guys here dream of having a setup, such as mine, directfreaks, ajc-13b, or setzep... Guys back when I didnt have a lot of money, i would have done what randy did, instead of what I did. HP is horsepower, reghardles of how you got there...

Randy did one thing tho, he used a body that looks a lot better than a Mustang (sorry randy, just my opinion)

The hub center has nothing to do with it. You're putting an immense side load on the studs because of the tapered seat.
Very true, my old Drag Bug, which still has the stock front drums don't have any hub centers on them. It's just 4 lugs holding the wheels on.

But seeing this gives me a cheap idea for a night at palmdale; seeing my dad has a 93 mustang cobra.

Randy, that setup looks awsome, and I love the soda bottle overflow tank. My dad had a 85 SVO and those motors scream.
