Howe Al Radiators

Do you think this radiator would be a good upgrade? It's a Howe Chevy Aluminum Crossflow, dimensions are 20x21.25 - 1.5 in / 1.75 out. It's $200 from the summit racing website. Is crossflow better than down? why? I have the radiator with the front mount oil cooler.
