there's really nothing that u need to do or hook up. a holley carb with vac secondaries has a vac pod with diaphram bolted to the side of the carb with a linkage that connects to the secondaries. it gets it's vac signal thru the carb body. just bolt the carb down and it will work. now if ur trying to make a manual secondary carb work off vac, i can't help ya. that type carb isn't designed to be operated by vac.

The Rb modded Carb has a vaccum source on the primary metering block, that leads to the trailing vaccum diaphram I think its the one closest to the battery.

Thats all I know!

The Vac secondaries work automatically. Now you may end up having to replace the spring with a softer one to actually get them to open. It will take some fiddling but they work very well. Unless you are going for all out WOT Drag Racing goodness, do not go with mechanical secondaries. All it will do is hurt your mileage.
