how to replace choke cable

Hi, I have a 83 GS with a S5 13B and a Webber carb, everything is where it needs to be, except my choke cable is too short, and i cant figure out how to get at it to replace it, any help is welcome, thanks

It's pretty simple. just take the **** off, undo the nut, and disconnect the cable from the carb. Next you'll need to find a suitable choke cable that is long enough. You might be able to find a choke cable extension and not have to remove the factory one.
