how rare sa22c?
bought a 79 that has a production date of 3/78 for parts
it looks like they started at vin sa22c5xxxxx mines sa22c502704 it just a shell but if its rare its rust free. it has sun roof and other toys so its probably a le. if its rare selling. if not scrap yard

Don't scrap it if it's truly in decent shape. Post up some pics for people to make judgments on.
If anything list it up here on the forum and Craigslist for a few hundred and see if you get any takers.

In 1979, there where only two models G and GS. There are a few parts some of the rest of us might be able to us.
This is a partial list from the top of my head.
G = 4 speed, no AC - Not sure if it was a dealer install option but probably was, no roof, two spoke steering wheel
GS = 5 speed, roof was an option, AC is an option, three spoke steering wheel

Clean SA's are getting harder to find and that is wonderful low production number SA. Those really early cars do tend to have quite a bit of value. Would love to see some pics of the car!
