How much power would I get??

I know, another one of these questions, but I just want to know if it is worth my time and money.

I have a chance to get a 86 (I think), 13B engine. I would have to rebuild it. I was thinking of turboing it. I would:

-Use a holley 650 carb from racing beat with intake manifold from RB.
-RRFPR (rising rate fuel pressure regulator)
-TII low compression rotors.
-FMIC.
-TII turbo and exhaust manifold.
-High flow fuel pump.
-Boost limited to 10psi for street, hopefully up to 15psi for the strip.
-BOV.
-Boost controler (obviously).
-Electric fan.
-no AC, Air pump, and Custom exhaust.
-Go into a 1982 GSL I got for $500.

You should do it right the frist time and go with EFI. Also you should use the rotors with the 9.4.1. compression and you wont regret using them. You are already planning on running low boost anyway . High compression and a turbo is very good combo and you get allmost no turbo lag at 7psi I put 228rwhp and 200 ft pounds of tourqe on the ground with all stock T2 turbo parts no boost controller in the middle of summer and a stock t2 intercooler mounted in the front. You dont have to get crazy with the boost levels psi is only part of what happens when the turbo compresses air. Its not about how much air a turbo can compress its about the amount cfm the turbo can push. Anyway what are the chances I know anthing at all I only have a few post under my belt.
