how many dust boots?

I've heard it's good to replace dust boots when replacing shocks struts...are there dust boots on all four corners of just the front struts?

I just ordered Illuminas from shox.com and I think I can get dust boots there also...

Right on.

greetings,

is this really true? i've ordered ALOT of stuff (shocks/springs/bushings/control arms) and am trying to contain my budget. i was hoping to get away with using some old components (i.e. dust boots). can i get away with using the old ones? what performance/safety difference will it make, if any?

thanks,
