about 5-10sec choked to 2-3k rpm, and another 5-10sec at about 1500rpm and off I go.

The REPU has a 90psi regulator so I fire it up and start to roll keeping it at low RPM. I try to keep the RPM low enough to prevent the oil pressure from exceeding 100PSI (it's very easy with cold 20W-50). In other words, I drive it slowly and carefully for the first few miles until it's had a chance to warm up some.

I'm going to switch to 10W-30 soon for fall and winter months.

I let mine warm up at 2200 until it reaches the second temp line on the gauge.

How long does it take me to put on my seatbelt and turn on the iPod? Well, that's how long I let the car sit and idle on choke. After that, I drive it under 3000rpm until it comes off of choke.
