How hard is it to remove/replace the rear 2 Hatchwindows?

How hard is it to remove/replace the rear 2 Hatchwindows?
Hey guys,
just wondering how tough is it to change the hatch glass, and the 2 side windows at the back. What all is involved? Do you recommend me doing it by myself?

i have taken out a couple fronts and guitar string works best. works even better if you hook up a couple 9v batteries to the wire to make it hot.
