There are 1 14MM bolt [total of 2 bolts] @ each bumper shock take thoes out and pull the bumper off the shocks and than it will be in your hands.

Take the long bolts for the bumper supports out. There are two of them. About 13 mil IIRC.

On another note, how do you remove the passenger side fender? I see the bolts in the engine bay, but where are the rest?

Yes and no, but don't quote me. Look underneath the bumber and you should see where the bumber skin has left exposed two 14mm bolt heads. I do believe you will have to remove all the 10mm screws that continue around and make up the front dam before you can remove the bumber and skin. The shocks should not come off as part of the assembly. If you are looking at the front bumber, use the orange lights as a reference. About three inches away from the lights towards the center of the car and then look underneath you should find the 14mm bolts. Once you get your bearings, you will see what I am talking about, even if I am not 100% accurate.

The problem I noticed is that it looks like you would have to grind the beads from being welded into place before being removed.

Its not weld, its like caulking. It can be scraped away, and sometimes the fender will even come off without doing anything to it because it just breaks. As for the fender, theres all the bolts under the hood, depending on year one in the door jam thats a pain, and two or three more along the bottom of the car behind the wheel. Assuming I remember right...
