How do you make animated .gif avatars?
I'm looking to build an animated .gif of my RX-2, but the program I'm using is all screwed up. It took forever to make my FB, and this is even harder. Anybody have an easy-to-use program? I'm starting from a photo and knocking it down to 100x50 pixels.
