How do you do these taillights?

https://www.rx7club.com/album.php?al...ictureid=15540

Chuck Norris' car has some sick tail lights on them, and I was wondering how to set them up this way? Anyone know? Thanks

Take clear lens off outside of taillight
remove colored inner lenses
clean inside of taillight
reinstall clear outer lens

I was wondering if someone would bring up IoTus' lights. Way back when I got him to make me a set. I absolutely love them. Along with Dan Atkins' clear corner lights it really helps the look of my car
