How Do I tune a Nikki?
I've heard of people adjusting the air flow mixture to make the car run lean or rich but how do I do this? I have little or no experience with carbs. Is there a screw I can turn to adjust it or do I have to take apart the carb and get bigger jets etc.? I know this is a noobish question but I searched and couldn't find much.

Check the idle SPEED again, and if necessary, repeat both steps.
Your done.
A vacuum leak will only cause an incorrectable high idle.
It will not cause a stumbling.
If you are experiencing stumbling during idle no matter how many times you adjust it, and if you can hear it as you slowly rev the engine, then this is most likely an ignition problem.

the idle adjust is way to the right of the mixture screw.It is tucked under where the cables attach to regulate the carb. U need a long screw driver philips it think... refer to FSM for procedure> If i remember you have to plug the idle compensator hose
