How do I remove oil filler pipe?

On a 12A the oil filler pipe looks like its pressed in there and the new reman engine doesnt have one installed, so I gotta get this one out.

HOW do I do that without screwing it up???
Does it screw out, pop out, wiggle out or what?
Help please!

Thats what I did too, rubber malet works best. Then if you still can't get it out take the filler cap off and pull it with a channel locks or vise grips. repeat untill its off.
