You need the switch and pigtail, the door harness for each door, the power regulators and the door panels are different. If you don't want to change the door panels, find a plug for hole.

It is an easy conversion, mine already had the wires routed in the door, I just needed the switch and motor/regulator assemblies. However, unlike the manual windows, the power do NOT go all the way down, there is a small part of the glass that sticks up. My driver door needed adjustment (the upper frame was out about 1/8in) to work but other than that it was painless. I paid about 50$ for the regulators/motors for both doors, shipped. I paid 75$ for the switch (go figure) from ebay.

I am redoing my door panels, so no biggie there either.
