Yes, the caps come off and probably could use a cleaning too, but that's another day. With the + wheels, you would be cleaning the centers also, so they could be left on.

hey i was wondering if the easy off will work on my 83 rx7 rims...they have alot of corson on them will easy off take tat away?

Sure will. Any wheels for that matter, do a really good cleaning and wire brush job, then re-clear coat the wheels and they will last you another 10 years!

Just an automotive quality one. I've even seen that they even make one for wheels specifically.
