Hammering my bumper mounts is hard. And one my driver side mount I used my sledge hammer and the inner screw for the bumper bracket got pushed behind sheet metal. Has anyone here actually hammered bumper mounts? And if so advice? Or if not do you guys know of another way to straighten them

Just take it to a frame shop.... It will cost $200 to put it on the machine and straighten it... and you'll know it's mint

Hammer on the bumper shocks only to straighten the frame horns, the shocks themselves are gone and will need replaced. Btw, they are made by Tokico. If the side bolts are damaged beyond repair, burn the heads off with a torch, or grind them off. When you get the replacements, you can drill through the frame horn and use a long bolt, large washer, nut and lock washer to hold the new shocks. Do not over tighten the long bolts, the can deform the horn.
