horsepower question

when they say that the 12a makes 101 horsepower, and the 13b makes 135, are they talking about "at the wheels", or flywheel horsies???

i've always assumed flywheel, but can someone confirm? thanks

Factory hp figures are always at the flywheel. There are too many variables with chassis dynos to give an accurate figure.
