Don't forget the FPR. Holley carbs are made for 5-7psi. Holley recommends 7psi at idle and no less than 4psi at redline.

I prefer tapping the intake for mop lines. The RB 465 intake I have has them tapped on the primary runners, standing vertically, about 1/2" from where the intake mounts to the block.

Holley also make clear plugs that replace the metal one in the float bowls. This allows one to set the float level without having to remove the plugs to set the level by the dribble method. Works very well when the engine is rocking due to an uneven idle, or in my case, a lopey bp.

I have these on the double pumper I'm about to put on. I got them for that exact reason, my 13b's idle is less than desirable, as is the rest of the car. I'd rather NOT spill fuel all over the place, since the Holley sits 1.5' or so from my hot header. No need add fire damage to the list when it can be avoided for $5.
