holley carb fuel delivery problem

I just got a holley 600. It's a 1850-3 carb. When I move the throttle no gas comes out of squirter. Fuel pressure is set to 6 psi on my hollet regulator. What should I check in the carb?

actuate the pump lever itself, does the pump work?
is the float adjusted right?
may have the wrong gasket on the metering block
pump diaphram is torn or the check ball is bad

Yup, had the wrong gasket. that problem is fixed. not just a stumbe just off idle

Update. Today I replaced the power valve with a plug kit and changed my acc diaphram to a 50cc. What a differance off idle. Just a little more tuning..
