Holley Adjust-A-Jets

Has anyone used the Holley Adjust-A-Jets (http://holley.com/products.asp?product=55001HOL)? They're awfully expensive (about $82 each), but if they work well it seems like they would make tuning a whole lot easier.

Thanks,
Rich

I used 1 on a 650 DP. which was on my 12a BP. Saves a lot of time, as you have no jet changes.
On a scale from a 1 to 10 it would a 7.5

That's exactly what I have - a Holley 650 double pumper on my supercharged 13B. What makes it a 7.5 instead of a 9 or 10? Price maybe? For what they want for them I would think they'd have to be a 9 or 10 to make them worth the price. I'm completely new to carb tuning, so here's a newb question...I assume I need 2 of them, right? I'm doing as much research and reading as I can before I start trying to tune. I bought an LM-1 so that will make it a lot easier.

Hey FBII - can you give me more info about why you don't like them? You say they are not accurate, but if I have an LM-1 to measure the air/fuel ratio does that really matter? Just trying to get as much info as I can.

Thanks,
Rich

I used it on the primaries, as it was taking me a long time to rejet, the fuel bowls have to come on & off so much, the 2nds I got right quick. With your LM-1 you should be fine.
My setup was not that good, the carb was very old & worn, & maybe to big, so I went to EFI. with RWHP going from 139 to 204
using my LM-1.
