What size jets should i install on my 13B 4 port with a super street port. I have a holley 650 DP installed ..

I have been playing with a holley 600 on a 13B 4port. In the primaries I installed a set of 56 with an adjustable secondary block with 64's in it. It runs well except for a slight stumble around 6000 RPm's. I am going to try a lighter spring in the vacum secondaries to get them to open a bit sooner to try and solve that problem. I've been told that a 650 cfm is a bit to big for a street port 13B. The problem as I have been told is it slows down the volocity pulling through the carb. Let me know how you make out.
