Well ive taken off of all my belts so that no pulleys are spinning, still something is squaking . It pulses and is pretty high pitched, it sounds like its comming from the front of the engine, but my dad thinks maybe something witht he clutch, anyone have any ideas?

it might be the front cover bearing

If it's not that it could be the clutch pilot bearing, mine sounds a lot like a belt squeaking.

Yeah, I did it 4 times in a month getting my turbo running right. Many clutch and oil leak problems...
