hmm cam shaft in a 13b????

i'm sitting here at 3 am on a thursday morning shitting around on the net and i came across some interesting engine parts for my engine. take a look. advanded auto parts has this stuff. when prompted for a zip put 68522 in. select 1984, mazda, rx-7, 1.3 liter. and it'll show you.

still doesnt work....rotaries dont have cams...could it be an eccentric shaft?

Oh yeah this one is even worse. I was reading a Chilton's book a little while ago, and they had a page explaining the rotary engine. It said something like "the crankshaft is replaced by the eccentric shaft, and the camshaft is replaced by the rotor shaft"

ROTORSHAFT?!?! What the hell is that? lol

just go to partsamerica.com and lookup you car and zip and look at what they have for rotaries

If you notice they dont list a camshaft seal just various other seals used on the 1.3l, Like the pilot bearing seal, and transmission seal.

This is just a normal parts look up screen that brings up various other parts that are related to the search, Napa uses the same system.

maybe it depends on avvalibility in your area, thats wh they have you enter in your zip. heres a screen shot.
