HKS turbo manifold FITS! (Beware 56K)

Ok for those of you who car. The HKS cast T04 manifold will fit on a 13BT in a 1st gen RX-7


Just thought some of you might be interested.

Well you got me beat! What turbo is that? Assuming the compressor is a 60-1 like what you were planing on getting? Did you always have the FD intake? Man I need to get a turbo, looks waaaaay to good in there.

Haltech in there yet?

No, The turbo is actually my friends.. I just put it in so you guys could see.. Case you where looking for a turbo manifold still.. I have a T04E i am putting in with a crispeed manifold i am picking up second hand..


Yeah, i always had an FD intake for it.. So i got the Tranny and engine in.. They haltech is going in next..

What about Max?

Zach forgot to mention about the bad *** Nissan Maxima that he also technically owns. (His name ins on the title).

It has a new transmission, new windshield wipers, and last weekend the power steering fluid got topped off....

Nice!

Looks good in there. You should have asked the board if it would fit first, rather than having to try with a friend's Turbo. (but then there's no fun in trying right?)

I know for a fact it fits in there, as here is a car in Crispeed's shop with the same manifold.


By the way, make sure you put a heat shield on that puppy, as it does sit very close to the idler arm bushing.

Yeah, I am not actually using the manifold.. it was just sitting there. So I decided to see if it fir, case others wanted to use it..

That HKS manifold looks like a pretty sweet deal for the money... Seen one at the Rx 7 store...

Yep, the RX-7 store sells them. that is where the one i used was from.. But my turbo has an internal wastegate so i am using a custom SFP manifold..

Where in the world is that fascia found? Is that an FB? Looks really nice. I would like to see photos of the entire car! Not that I'll be turboing my any time soon!
