hit the drag strip tonight...

In the 1/8th...

My stock port/carb with unsure brand of header and 2.5 exhaust ran a best of 10.52 tonight.. 85 base, no lsd.. tires weren't hooking up the best, but it was a rush none-the-less...

there were two 2nd gens up there as well.. one was missing a bumper, and the other was missing everything (gutted, no hatch, hood, interior, door handles, nothing).. I out ran them both... the bumperless one ran real slow, like 11.5.. the gutted one ran a 10.70.. both apeared to be 86-87 models..

I think we had a thread on this not too long ago, but what's everyone else running ?

I plan on putting my gsl-se suspension on it within the next month and getting my exhaust repiped with a magnaflow.. gonna try to get the car to shed a few pounds too.. hopefully get closer to 10 flat before a streetport/ sterling carb.. sucks being broke..
