Hiclone & Fuelmax

i was thinkin of buying one of these hiclone things, just wondering if they are worth the benefits - if they actually work... also they have a fuelmax thing on the same site that sounds ok, but is probably one of those knick knacky things that dosent work. what do yous reckon?

It's a restriction in the intake. It will hurt performance on a rotary. Threads like this pop up from time to time.

The fuelmax thing is supposed to break down long hydrocarbon molecule strands, right? Oh, I see. It's a Magnetic Frequency Resonator. Oh gosh. I guess the worst that could happen is you'll waste your money. Just stay away from the tornado-like restrictor/air spinner thing.

That's my opinion.

No opinion here. Hard flowbench numbers show it sucks. Dont waste your money. It does restrict your intake. So I guess it would save you gas. So would keeping the throttle less open.

I have no info about the fuelmax thingie.

SportCompact Car did a nice little article on that piece of ****, and I guess they threw in a rotary for laughs. It dropped the Rx7 4hp on the dyno, and dropped both a civic and eclipse na 1hp......So ya, its a piece of ****.
