I was there last year and am planning on attending again for the '04 event. It would be great to have more 1st gens there so I wouldn't get my *** kicked all day by the 3rd gen's again!

And yes, the more 1st gens the merrier...I'd love to see about 60-100 of them
There was a great black first gen last year, bridge-ported and kickin **** on the AutoX course all day long.

Just to keep you updated. If you head over to the forum area for the event we have negotiated a hotel deal at the Ramada Inn for $33/night, but rooms are limited (and you can fit multiple people in a room).
Hotel number and more details are here:

How much is there for 1st generations? It seemed to me that most of the lectures were going to be geared towards the fd generation becuase for some reason they always seem to have the most trouble j/k.

Atkins has confirmed they will be at the event again this year and he will speak again, most likely on the basics of the rotary engine and possibly supercharging the FB and FC.
Both myself and my partner had FB's as our first rotary vehicles and I am actually looking for the right deal on picking up another one.
Also, any suggestions on how to make it more friendly to each generation are always welcome.

We had a few really nice 1st gens at last year's event, and I'm sure if you talk with any of them they will give you the thumbs up.

Me and my crew will be bringing down atleast 4 RX-7;s
We all own multiple years, so I have no clue which will bring what generation..
I guess it depends on how we feel that day..
