hey guys, im new here need help

so im purchasing a car from the classifieds here, torn between two cars...if you check the classifieds, im looking at the gsl-se from atlanta, for $2200, and the gsl-se from cali...with the tan fd seats, etc...for $3500...i don't know how to post the url's to those cars, but anyways...i'll probably have lots of questions for you guys in the near future, i've been lurking a while, and u all seem pretty cool, and have a special talent when it comes to 1st, gen's. i've previously had an 81, an 85, and an 88 TII, love the first gen's, and i just sold my honda crx to go back to my roots and get an "old" rx7 again .....
what is the biggest advantage to having the FI removed, and adding a carb to the 13b? and what are the differences between a mild port, and a large ported engine? (hp wise, and reliability on idle)...anyways, look forward to chattin' with you guys.
so....which car should i buy?..lol i might get in **** here...i want a daily driver Nick

Without any additional data, I'd get the CA one - better chance that is in good shape due to weather.
