Hesitating when pushing on the gas during idle problem?

Lol yeah at this rate I definitely will. It seems as my GF must just be good luck. When she got home it was idling around 500. I started it back up and it is idling around 200 again and really rough. I am attempting to tune it and it is not really changing much other than making it die.
