MD Help plz

Ok i bought a 85 rx7 12a a month ago i love it, the sound the motor makes while de acclerating ooohh so good lol well the only thing that could make it better is if my bearings werent bad in the tranny (at least thats =what i was told the problem was Makes a grinding noise while not acclerating especially in 2nd gear) any way i found another 85 with a 12a no tranny noise and a lil newer engine mile wise the best thing about it is that it has a posi rear with disks brakes were as mine has drum brakes , but my question is i really want to turbo the car it has been a dream of mine since i was a lil boy so should i go with a 13b ive found online a few for 1600 range with tranny ecu and uncut wiring harness, or should i go with a 12a blow threw setup and buy the other car for 600 bucks or do a street port and just keep it na i have about 2500 to 3000 to spend and with the 13b being 1600 to to 2000 is that a reasonable price to get the job done with me doing the work my self. im not looking for 300 horse power but i need more speed lol we all need more speed its never enough any and all feed back links pointers throw it all at me pros cons cots of ur projects if u would best bang for the buck and how hard is the swap with a 13b is it a nightmare if i have the wiring harness un cut do i have to do all the splicing and what not well imma post or i will write a book of questions lol

i'm working on getting an s4 or s5 TII swap done on my car. 13b. i'd say that you'd definitely want to have another car as a DD and prep the car with suspension and brakes before doing so. you definitely want to get the lsd.

search for turbo fb or something like that. many people have done it. and it is not cheap, i've put 2 grand into the swap already, and that doesn't include any drivetrain parts ><

thx im probabally am going to get the other car for the rear cause it is cheap less than buying one offline but that still brings me back to the turbo setup about how much does it cost after the motor trans and ecu wiring har etc to properly install and get the 13bup and running. would it b cheaper to send the 12a off and have it ported ive found a few web sites that port a motor for like 400 but how much horsepower does that make? i dont have to deal with smog regulations in md and if u do a port and exhaust and carb what kind of gains do u get vs drive ability and life of motor, willa 12a turbo last as long as a 13b motor i dont want to have to rebuild motors twice a year, these probably arent the smartest questions but im kinda new to the rotary world and would appreciate any help u could give thx all

just for reference, the rear disc brake RX-7's did not have a positraction rear end. they are limited slip. replace your trans with a know good one and buy the second car for a buildable project.
