Check the trailing ignitor... See if you have spark on the trailing plugs, that will show if the ignitor is the problem. Fuel pump will not run if that ignitor is not showing spark, as part of a safety thing.

 

i figured out the problem ill explain later when i come back i gota go...thank you everybody for your help!!!

 

this morning i woke up and went straight to fix the 7...the lines were fine and so was the filter,so i installed my old fuel pump and it turns out that i had put it wrong...i had put it wrong because both wires were the same color so i couldnt tell positive from negative...after i put my old fuel pump on my fuel pump relay was bad too so i put one that i took from my other 7..also some fuses were bad,but problem solved..ITS ALIVE!!!
