Euro Taillights are the same as US Taillights, the Light Assembly. The difference for S2, S3 is the area between the Lights, where the Licence number plate is fastened, whereas it is fastened under the rear Bumper for North America model.

Please watch your posts. If someone is asking for info, kindly refrain from injecting negative opinions (unless of course its something like a safety issue). This will stop info threads from becomming debate threads/flame wars. Its not your car, you do not have to like what the owner wants to do to it, just respect his or her right to do as they wish with their car.

Quiz:

If I ask whats the best paint to use to put the orange polka dots on my purple FB, and how do I get the 4ft plywood wing to stay on cause the duct tape just isint cuttin it y0, you should either............
A-ignore me
B- be helpful and post relevent info
C- call me teh ghey
D- rant about ricers
E- All of the above
If you answered A or B, you'll be fine.

If I ask, does orange polka dots on my purple FB look good, and how do you like teh 4ft plywood wing ( I made it in wood shop), you should either............
A-ignore me
B- post your opinion good or bad
C- call me teh ghey
D- rant about ricers
E- All of the above
If you answered A, B or D, your fine.
Hint: personal attacks are not allowed. However calling my rolling clownmobile a joke, pos, shitbox, etc. is fine since I did ask for opinions, so would calling my car "teh ghey", but not me.

Thread Jacking. Innocent off topic remarks, a little friendly ribbing, a funny comment are ok, its one of the things that makes this place fun. Jacking threads to spout off rhetoric/flame will not be tolerated. Your post will be deleted before the debate begins. Lets keep it friendly and fun for all.

Post whoring. For the most part its no big deal. If it gets outta hand, we'll drop you a friendly reminder. Also we do trim threads down sometimes so dont get offended if your one word post like gets deleted later on after the thread is dead. Comedic posts of no real technical value will be kept only if they're funny so impress us with your comedy and or/photoshop skills.

Language. For the most part, again no big deal. However, gratuitous or excessive should not be done. We have kids who read this stuff ya know (and I mean kids other than Sterling ). We're not asking for sunday school cleanliness. Just keep the number of times you use the F word in a sentence to maybe less than 20. Get my message?

We have alot of patience and you'll have to be pretty bad before we even consider taking any kind of action. So dont view this as a warning, or an end of the fun and games. Its just an end to flaming, intimidation and intolerance. Truthfully I dont know why I wrote so much, as you guys/gals are the classiest of any area on this forum, which makes Bob and my job really easy, thank you. Thanks too all for reading this anyway.

Cheers

Read it, know it, live it

You could try to make a custom set. But I don't know of anyone that makes them.

Do you mean Mazda OEM European model lights, as kleinke suggests, or pseudo-altezzas that most people call 'euro lights"?

Flare... no company makes aftermarket lights for us. How ever there are a few DIY tail light options that spruce them up, in some peoples opinions.

Search for "clear tail lights"
also IIRC Firebirdslayer666 has a pretty neat option.

Be seriously warned as to the attitude here on the 1st gen forum. Rice and rotary do not belong in the same book, let alone the same sentence. The last link in my sig line is a more radical version of a 1st gen. However, all of the parts are 'old school' with the exception of the tinted windows and tail lights.

I just read all this and I don't agree with ricing up a 7 but I do think that it'd be beneficial if we could get someone to produce some types of tail lights even if they're the gay altezzas or euros
just so we could take the lens and remove all of the other **** on them to convert them back or close to a stock style
