Question Help with my carb

I just finished reinstalling the carb for my '80 RX-7 after a complete rebuild. I was able to get everything connected and ready to fire up, but when I turned on the fuel pump i noticed gas dripping into the barrels at a fairly rapid rate (the engine wasn't running). This obviously shouldn't be happening, so I pulled the air horn off to see what I could find. The floats look intact, and the fuel level in the bowls was right in the middle of the fuel level windows, which seemed about right to me. Can someone please enlighten me as to why my carb doing this?? Any suggestions at all are greatly appreciated.

If you put new seats in the float needles, this is typical. They just haven't seated yet. But, I would double check where the needle seats to make sure there isn't anything in there. I think after a few miles it should stop. If he chimes in, Sterling might throw in a little hand.
