Shutter valve. It leans out the rear rotor to prevent backfiring when decelerating.

yes alot when i am decelerating. But would having that disconnected make my car like not be able to pass 4k in 3rd gear cuz it just like gets flodded or something?

I don't know carbs but not accelerating is probably loss of fuel, make a video?

The shutter valve cuts fuel thus leaning out the rear rotor which stops the backfiring from the fuel being thrown n the exhaust, I think thats how it works exactly, you'll get popping backfires without it.

I don't think it'll stop acceleration at all, as said iono carbs much.

that vac port with the cap turned sideways needs a new cap.
