*Sigh*
That setup you just bought will NOT work. Not only is that fuel pressure regulator intended for fuel injection (wrong adjustment range), it's also not return style. Meaning you will never be able to regulate the Walbro 255 (a fuel injection pump) down to 3-4 PSI.

"All fuel injection applications" I could believe, but it's impossible to build a non-bypass regulator that will work equally well at 3 PSI and 100 PSI. Notice how the fuel pressure gauge shows EFI fuel pressure ranges?
You have two options.
Buy one of these and use the Mr. Gasket fuel pump:

Buy one of these and keep the Walbro:

Now, the second setup would be better, and similar to mine, but you might need to run a bigger return line to get it to regulate properly, I'm not sure. I'm running a 5/16" return line and my fuel pressure is stable.
Or you could get one of these fuel pumps and either one of the above regulators and not worry about it:

I'm using an MSD EFI pump with a Mallory 4309 regulator and a GSL-SE stock (5/16") return line. I have to run a setup like this since I'm boosted, but you could just as easily use a carb fuel pump and a carb-style non-return pressure regulator like the Holley unit I linked to above. But if you want to use an EFI fuel pump like your Walbro 255, you have to use a return-style regulator.

Turbo.
30 GPH (114 LPH) is more than any stock or streetported NA 12A will ever be able to use. Realistically, you'll probably only need more like 20 GPH. You just have to make sure that the fuel pump can deliver that much at 3.5 PSI or whatever fuel pressure you decide to run, at the voltage of your electrical system, taking restrictions in the fuel system and things like that into account.

The Mr. Gasket pump is borderline. You might be okay with it, but you might starve for fuel during long WOT runs. Dunno about that Carter pump. Doesn't list any specs other than saying it puts out 4 PSI. You could always try it unregulated; just keep an eye on the pressure.
Both of the regulators I linked to do not come with fittings.

Waffles - hmmm good

That carter is an OEM replacement, don't waste your money. It won't supply
enough flow for your weber. Even though its a 45 DCOE, I'm pretty sure it will
only work at WOT for a limited time with that pump.
Get a Carter 4070 and a Holley regulator either dead head or return style and
you would be set for any carb you would have.
