Help me decide on some wheels

The models with the 4x110 pattern: Pro race 1 and 2, motorsport and monza. I wanna go with the 15's(no brainer) but i cant decide on the multitude of the colors. I would like to see what the wheels would look like on a first gen, do you think they are too modern? Here's the link, later God bless p.s. how come i never heard about this site until just recently, i would have thought it would be more known........http://www.teamdynamicsusa.com/

I think pro race 2 with either flat black or maybe bronze, depending on car color.

i agree with ian...i don't like many of the wheels on that page...the race2 looks nice, but probably not on a fb in my opinion.

how much do these wheels cost?

the guy i emailed said like 125 for each wheel. They are made in England though so you have to let them know like two months ahead of time! i know what your saying, i cant tell if they would look good on a first gen but before i found this site i was going to get the kosei's but i think these wheels look alot nicer(plus they are right about the same price)............................................ ..............

I like the prorace 1s personally. I would have to know the color of your car in order to reccoment a color.

I don't know if you are familiar with this wheel, but I think it looks really good on my fb. I paid $560.00 for mine with the lug bolts and shipping. I had them in less than a week after I ordered them. I got 15's, and there was a major improvement in the way the car handles...I couldn't be happier. The website has some pics of 1st gens with the wheels on them, so that you can have a better idea of what they look like on the car.

The Kosei k1's look exactly like my 96 Miata's stock wheels.

BOOG: I like the Pro Race 2 or the Vulcan best.

wow ya I think they are the best looks/performance combo besides panasports, and panasports are expensive. And a bonus is if your car is sunbeam silver like myn the rims almost are the identical color to the paint =) Looks nice and clean.

Did you get yours from www.tirerack.com? How much was shipping? How about duty?

Thanks

why don't you just get bolt adapters and buy a better rim, even deep dish?

I agree, I think some deep dishes look clean. Personally I like the look of a lowered 7 on some 13's. I've got some Apache V's 13x7 on mine. Looks great, has a drift old school look. Exactly what I was going for. But I need to lower my car, I don't like the wheel gap with the 13's. If you want to be a real baller get some true old school jdm wheels like hayashi's or work wheels, maybe some SSR wheels. Only prob is find them in a 4x100mm pattern and most of the rims mentioned are discontinued. they'll be expensive but look great.

The ROH Snipers (mentioned on page 1) are the best looking wheel available in 4x110 (IMO, of course). And 5 spoke wheels generally look good on 1st gens 7s. HOWEVER,

1: I don't know how much they (ROHs) weigh. Anybody?
2: That pic of the Ferrari on page 1 had nice wheels. I've seen pics of very similar wheels on Aussie 1st gens. Been looking for them myself. Anybody have any info on those?

i agree with tracer, i love the ROH snyper wheels for the first generation. i would definately invest in a set but i am planning on purchasing a first generation with a GSLSE suspension swap. if they made the wheels with the same lug pattern as the GSLSE id would definately purchase them though.

these are the pro race 2, they would prob. be a little smaller being 15, but i think they look cool. Here are the pro race 3, they come out in april. Both of these wheels only wiegh like 13 lbs. and they are only a little more than the kosei's. I just like the style, it seems im the only one but that's cool. I like the snypers though too, i like em all really!!! : )
